Ben Smith began his ministry at Central Baptist Church in March 2012. Pastor Ben graduated from Shorter University receiving a Bachelor of Science majoring in Christian ministry. Following his time at Shorter, he attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary earning a Masters of Divinity. He has served churches in Texas, South Carolina, and Georgia. Pastor Ben and his wife, Dana, have 4 children.
Tim Kilgore serves as our Pastor of Families, focusing on ministering to the children and students at Central Baptist Church and their families. Tim, and his wonderful wife, Vicki, have been blessed with three children: Joshua, Andrew, and Abby Grace. Before coming on board and serving at Central Baptist, Tim served as Pastor of Students along the Alabama Gulf Coast. Tim is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor's of Arts in Communications and Information Sciences and is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. When not at the church, Tim enjoys playing golf, guitar and cheering on the Crimson Tide!
Bill began his service at Central in 2020. Bill and his wife Jessica have two children, Ellie and Adam. He is a graduate of the Baptist College of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology with emphasis in Worship Music. A native of Florida, Bill has served churches in as youth pastor, worship pastor, and senior pastor

Laura has served as the Preschool Director at Central Baptist since 2018. Laura and her husband, Jonathan, have been blessed with two children, Maybrie and Hudson.
